As Savback's business expanded internationally, the company faced challenges in streamlining its operations to effectively manage a growing customer base. The need for a more efficient system to handle customer inquiries, manage product information, and improve team collaboration was critical. Savback sought assistance to enhance their internal processes through Salesforce integration to maintain their competitive advantage in the aviation market.

Solution

  • We integrated the Enquiry and Contact Us forms on Savback's website with Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth data flow from the website to the CRM system. This integration centralized client and prospect information, enhancing data accessibility and reducing the need for manual data entry.

  • Specific website modifications were made to meet business requirements, and a new Lightning Web Component (LWC) was introduced to streamline product information presentation on Deal records. Improved alignment with business needs, enhancing the website’s digital presence, provided users with easy access to detailed product information, and increased customer engagement and inquiries.

  • Automated email notifications were set up to alert employees about pending tasks and critical changes, improving response time and decision-making. Enhanced team collaboration and accountability, reduced the likelihood of missed opportunities, and improved sales cycle efficiency.

  • An automation system was introduced to assign tasks to Sales Representatives based on lead activity, ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • We resolved system bugs and conducted comprehensive data cleansing to remove obsolete information, ensuring data integrity.
