Nonprofit Cloud is a newer, industry-specific product built natively into Salesforce, with a different data model for fundraising, program management, and grants in one place. NPSP is still supported but no longer developed; Nonprofit Cloud is where Salesforce is adding new features.

Should We Migrate From NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud?

It depends. NPSP still works well for simpler processes, smaller teams, and settled workflows. Nonprofit Cloud fits better if you are scaling, running complex programs, or want advanced analytics and AI.
