  • Enhanced lead capture from two WordPress websites via WPForms, streamlining lead management and improving conversion rates.
  • Redesigned declarative automations for seamless Google Drive integration, improving file management, document generation, and automated workflows.
  • Created custom page layouts with limited fields during record creation and full fields after edits to simplify data entry and improve usability.
  • Added consistent email signatures across 22 Lightning Email Templates for professional and cohesive communication.
