Clients Challenge
A client approached our team with a requirement to enhance their project related to the Event Company SF Solution modernization. The client sought to revamp their existing processes and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
The primary goal was to reorganize their workflows to eliminate the reliance on outdated Excel spreadsheets and fully leverage the capabilities of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
Solution
MagicFuse led the project from the beginning, working closely with the client to ensure a smooth transition.
The team utilized the Lightning App Builder to optimize objects and record pages, and conducted a complex data migration to ensure accurate data mapping.
In addition, we developed reports and dashboards to help visualize the data structure and monitor progress.
The project concluded with the customization of an unmanaged package from App Exchange, specifically tailored for event management integration.
