Purlos works with Further Education Colleges and Universities to help them grow both their revenue and enrolment by converting and retaining more students during the admissions process. Founded in 2019, Purlos has since gone on to become one of the fastest-growing and most innovative software providers in the country.
Clients Challenge
The client was using the standard Salesforce Rest.Api allowing you to save and update a limited amount of data. The request was to upgrade the existing model to the new one with the ability to save multiple course info with unique data for each.
The second iteration request includes AI assistance to help managers create and store communication templates for educational institutions and also to use the Large Language model as a proxy in communication between students and educational institutions in Whats Up.
Solution
The MagicFuse team created a solution using a hierarchy of Custom metadata to dynamically map clients' data into Salesforce Contact, Application, and Attributes records. Several instruments were used to satisfy the needs of technically different clients to upload and retrieve data into Salesforce:

MagicFuse team had several iterations of works connected with AI integration. The first stage was related to the thorough investigation of its capabilities in combination with the Embedded database (restrictions, plans, possibilities). The further stages included the creation of different connectors in Salesforce to unite two systems. The work is still in progress and new features are going to be added.
