What differentiate MagicFuse from other companies?

MagicFuse is an official  Salesforce Consulting Partner  with validated Salesforce PDO status . Our main expertise is based on the technical side of Salesforce, meaning that we work particularly with Salesforce custom development, integration, technical implementation, ISV development and deployment to AppExchange. As certified Salesforce PDO, we mainly support startups and established businesses with managed Salesforce teams that consist of architects, developers, quality assurance engineers, and other Salesforce specialists.

How long has the company been in business?

Everything started with our main brand called TechMagic which was founded almost 8 years ago by 2 senior software engineers and team leads Oleg and Andrew who worked at big enterprise-level outsourcing companies. Before TechMagic, they launched a few startups on the local market and then understood that they can bring much more value to other startups by accelerating their engineering teams. Guys chose JavaScript stack as a primary technology focus. Around 6 years ago, they added Salesforce because one of the biggest projects at TechMagic called Elements.cloud wanted to build a bi-directional Salesforce integration. Since that time, Salesforce has become the strategic direction of the company. And in 2019 a separate brand called MagicFuse was founded.

Who are your typical clients?

Our clients are all those who plan or already use Salesforce. These are mainly Salesforce partners: icv and consulting, business and startup owners, head of CRM, founders, product owners / integrations. They are also salespeople, marketers and investors. As for industries, these are: finance / sales / marketing / analytics products.

We’re based in Lviv, Ukraine. Time zone in Ukraine is UTC+2 (Eastern European Time) and UTC+3 during Daylight Saving Time. Our typical business hours are from 9am to 6pm.

What are the tools that you use for building custom Salesforce applications?

Lightning development, Web Development, Apex, Visualforce Lightning development - during recent years, we apply only the Lightning approach, building custom apps using Lightning Web Components and Lightning Components. Also, we are very strong at APEX. We worked with both synchronous and asynchronous apex, batches, integrations with external systems through APEX (REST and SOAP), custom triggers, creation of custom APIs. In terms of Visualforce, we worked a lot with it before, but now we are very focused on LWC. We had projects with different levels of complexity and experience with Sites.com using Visualforce. Moreover, we had experience in the development of Angular and React single-page applications that were hosted on Salesforce within the Visualforce page.

How long does it take for Salesforce Implementation?

Similar to cost, the time required for Salesforce set up depends on business to business. While offering Salesforce Implementation Services, we take various factors into account before estimating the total time required for the process. It involves installation, maintenance, upgradation, etc., which is different for each organization and sales team. For less complicated projects, sales configuration will take a few days or say a month. However, if we talk about complicated organizations with a large number of employees, then it can take 6 months or even a year. Yes, it may sound too much time but cutting the corners initially will only strain your budget in the future rather than helping you in any way.

How can your company protect Salesforce customer data and keep our business safe?

How do you integrate a third-party system with Salesforce?

We have experience building integrations with Netsuite, AWS, Real-time sync with PostgreSQL database, Integrations with various custom-built systems and apps (Elements.cloud), Integrations via SFTP, Integrations with payment processors. Also, we have experience in building custom reports and analytics dashboards.

How do you estimate the project duration? Can you provide time and cost estimates accurately?

We have an in-house analysis team that includes Business analysts, Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, and Designer. They prepare estimation for the Discovery phase of the project. During the Discovery phase, developers and team lead work on the project, creating a future project development plan with all necessary details (e.g., road map, project team composition, timelines, budget). Our proposal includes all the needed information. However, timelines and budget are final on 85-90%. There might be changes while working on the project based on client requirements.

How do you ensure client confidentiality?

We are committed to the security and confidentiality of the information you share with us. We have set up a reliable information security system to give you a safe outsourcing experience with maximum benefits. To ensure confidentiality of information, we encourage our customers to sign a confidential Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the very initial stage of the project discussion. The NDA has a legal binding and is an important document that ensures total security of your information in our hands. We also do not publish any information about our client projects unless we get prior permission.

How do I sign off a contract? Will I have to visit MagicFuse's office?

To sign a contract, we use a digital app that helps us avoid spending time on physical mailing or visiting our office.
