Identity Verification App for ID-Pal

The most challenging task was implementing bidirectional custom authorization between Salesforce and ID-Pal, as the application requires the highest level of security. We developed an application to retrieve personal data stored in an external system and present it in a user-friendly interface within Salesforce. The UI component allows to review documents with personal data and make updates if needed. The integration allows data updates in both directions in case of changes on either side. The application is included as part of a managed package utilized by ID-Pal's clients in their Salesforce organizations.

Consequently, we also built functionality to support dynamic interaction between the package's main data object (child) and any custom objects specific to the client (parent). Our responsibility involved the implementation of new features both on the backend and front end to leverage dynamic object support functionality. The development included the work with LWC components and the creation of new backend features using APEX.
